Tyler, his wife Rachel, and their son live in Nampa, ID. with their dogs, Kiya, Ronin, and Glitch as well as their horses Hank, Oliver, and Chief, and many other farm animals. Tyler has had dogs throughout his whole life and found his passion for training after rescuing his female German Shepard, Kiya. He loves teaching others and says that a huge aspect of dog training is training the owners. He has completed multiple courses about dog training/behavior, dog psychology, and continues to learn as much as he can so that he can help more dogs. He served as a police officer for 6 years and was in the United States Coast Guard for 14 years doing Port Security. He has helped train and decoy Military Working Dogs and Law Enforcement K9's throughout the United States. He currently has contracts with the City of Meridian Police Department and the City of Nampa Police Department to help their K9's during their weekly training. His goal is to help build every dog owners relationship with their dogs and make life enjoyable for both owner and dog.
Brenden started his dog training journey when he brought his German Shepherd, Reagan into his life. Since then, he got a Belgian Malinois, Kilo. He has worked with both of them on various training from basic obedience to personal protection. Brenden was a correctional deputy for a short time then worked his way up as a leader at a local gym. He is very passionate about working with dogs and decided to make a career change while he mentored under Tyler. Brenden is now a member of Honorable K9 and is a huge asset to the team, helping families daily build their relationships with their dogs.
Send us a message on our website, email, or call to set up a consultation to see if Honorable K9 is a good fit for you and your dog! We look forward to working with you!
