Our German Shepherd "Nia" had severe reactivity to literally everything, we could not walk her, or even let her out in our own yard offlead without her exploding. She had been reduced to visits to a private dog park for her excercise, it it was so bad. We had hired 2 other trainers and were about to give up, when I reached out to Tyler at Honorable K9. I was 100% against a board and train but after meeting Tyler and Brenden I knew this was the right place for her! I was right!! After her 2 weeks Tyler spent 2 hours going over everything we needed to know moving foward. The next day we went on our first walk since she was a puppy! It was absolutely life changing for us and her!! We now walk an hour everyday!! The next day, we took her on a trip to buy dog food and she went from being the dog who would have been asked to leave the store to being complimented on her amazing behavior!! It was 180 degree difference the dog that went to board and train and the dog that came home!! We are part of the Honorable K9 family and they are part of ours! They don't just train your dog they truly love your dog like it is one of theirs. I could not more highly recommend Honorable K9 for you and your dog! I have a 6 year old golden I rescued as a 3 1/2 year old. He was not socialized as a pup and only knew a few commands. I tried to work with him on my own but after a few encounters with loose dogs running at him, he became leash aggressive towards other dogs passing him even at a distance. I was frustrated and didn't know what to do. He's such a loving boy towards people. I found Honorable K9 and reached out to Tyler for help to correct the behavior. Within only a few sessions, Cooper learned not all dogs will charge him. He learned other skills too. The techniques, patience, and coaching I received through Tyler's training program did wonders for Cooper's confidence and mine as well. I highly recommend Tyler and Honorable K9. I am very happy with the results and so is Cooper! He's much more confident and we can go anywhere without issue.

We had an incredible experience with board and train and private lessons with Tyler! Our 7-month-old puppy had developed some bad habits, but after the two-week board and train, she came back as a completely different dog. Tyler worked wonders—no more biting or jumping, and she now responds perfectly to basic commands like “sit” and “stay.” The transformation was beyond what we expected; she’s now the ultimate family dog.
Some of the biggest highlights include her impeccable leash manners (no more pulling!), excellent doorway manners, and just overall being an amazing, well-behaved dog who loves her belly rubs. I can’t recommend Tyler enough for anyone who wants a well-behaved dog. I wish I had sent my previous dogs to him for training.
We will definitely be back for group classes and plan on doing a refresher board and train in the future. 10/10 experience!

I can’t say enough good things about Brenden and Honorable K9. Not only is he professional and passionate, he’s effective! Anything he worked on with my Aussie, Brenden was able to get him to cooperate quickly. He shows you in person what to do and gives you the tools and knowledge to continue on your own afterwards. I’m appreciative of the work and time he’s put in to helping me train my dog and I’m eager to continue with the group sessions.

Starting with communication from Kelly to get the consultation set up to working with Tyler each training session..the whole experience was A+++++!
Tyler is knowledgeable, communicative and truly cares about you and your dog! Working with him was so much more relaxed than with other trainers we’ve had. Which if you have reactive pup like I do, anxiety is already high so not adding to that is super important and appreciated!
Tyler is professional, honest and approachable. He made sure I knew what my dog and I needed to work on, gave options for success but also reminded me that those successes will take time, practice and patience (on my part…lol).
My dog and I have lots to work on still, but thanks to Tyler I am armed with the tools and better knowledge on how to handle situations as they arise. And knowing I can count on him for future guidance if needed is priceless…so happy we found Honorable K9!

Brenden is an amazing trainer! He bonded with our dog immediately, and modified the training to fit his needs. Our dog is so much more well behaved now, and we have the tools to continue training him thanks to Brenden!

This is a five star review I don't hesitate to write after our experience hiring Honorable K9 to train our year old pup. It was evident from our first home visit that Tyler is passionate about his work and having both dogs AND humans succeed with training.
He took time after each day training session to educate us on how we would reinforce the skills Willow worked on during the day. He even went above and beyond on a day we ran into transportation issues to ensure we were able to have Willow attend.
Ongoing training sessions are offered and we plan to utilize them to refresh Willow's skills as well as have our four kids become more comfortable with commands and walking her on a leash.

Couldn’t of been happier with Luna’s results from Honorable K9. We had an initial home visit and discussed some of the things I was wanting Luna to improve on. I decided to go with two weeks boarding I was provided updates via text, pictures, and videos of Luna’s progress. Upon her finishing boarding school she came back home ready to go anywhere and everywhere with ease. We are a month post her being home we work on things weekly so she remembers what is and isn’t allowed at home and in public. Last summer I wasn’t able to take her out as much due to her being a bit hyperactive and not knowing commands and being unkind. This summer is a 360 I take her shopping, we enjoy outdoor activities, and are now able to mingle with family friends and other doggos. We are able to use leash and off leash activities as well which is something I had initially wanted since she was a pup. Thank you for taking care of her as your own. 🤝

I found out about Tyler and Brenden through a neighbor who was in the process of having their dog trained the sessions that we had for our Aggie have been extraordinary. I love that I can feel comfortable, taking her to a store or walking her in a park around other dogs, and she won’t react we hired K9honorable because our dog was very reactive and now I don’t feel like I need to worry about taking her in public If you truly want your dog, especially if you have a dog like mine a German Shepherd, Belgium malinois , as we all know, they are extremely stubborn but also extremely smart. We sent our 8 month old boxer, Rumble for the two week board and train program. After spending 6 months working with another private trainer I was so impressed by Tyler and Brenden’s knowledge, skills and professionalism. The meet and greet, program contract/ payment, and drop off were so seamless. Brenden gave me daily updates with adorable photos. They let me know exactly what to expect and held true on their promises. When Rumble returned home it was like night and day.
